Outcomes
NO MORE TEMPLATES
-
The previous system required users to select a template; this is no longer necessary in the streamlined experience.
FEWER CLICKS, LESS SCREENS
-
The user workflow was optimized, reducing the process from 16 to 8 clicks and simplifying it from 6 to 3 screens to create a single booking.
WORK FLOW IMPROVEMENTS
-
Edit and cancel bookings with a single click directly on the Booking Details screen.
-
Manage services like ordering catering or registering visitors either during the booking process or individually as needed.
-
Comprehensive Getting Started Guide created for new users.
